The promoter is DIY Resolutions Pty Ltd (ACN 103 688 679) (“Promoter”) whose registered office is at 143-147 NATIONAL BOULEVARD, CAMPBELLFIELD VIC 3061.

Entry is exclusively open to businesses that are located, and individuals aged 18 years or over who reside, in Australia and have an existing Cash, Credit or 30-day Credit Bunnings PowerPass commercial account (“PowerPass Account”) as at 14 July 2021 except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter (“Eligible Entrants”).

There is no entry fee to enter this promotion.

By entering this promotion, an Eligible Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promotion commences 12:00am, 14 July 2021 and the Closing Date for entry will be 11:59pm, 30 September 2021 AEST (“Promotional Period”).  After the Closing Date, no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

To enter the promotion, an Eligible Entrant must meet conditions 8a and 8b (“Valid Entry”):
8a) Spend $1,000 AUD or more (including GST) on kaboodle product(s) in a single transaction in any Bunnings store, Bunnings Trade Centre or via the PowerPass App using the Eligible Entrant’s PowerPass Account during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Spend”). Eligible Entrants must use their PowerPass card or Account Number at the time of making a Qualifying Spend to qualify for an entry. Holders of Temporary PowerPass cards must present both their Temporary PowerPass card and their Account Number at the time of making a Qualifying Spend to qualify for an entry. An Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry for $1,000 AUD spent in one (1) transaction during the Promotional Period. A maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted.
8b) During the Promotional Period, visit https://www.kaboodle.com.au/trade/kaboodle-free-hoodie-giveaway promotion page, input the requested details including a Bunnings receipt for proof of purchase and Qualifying Spend.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter to determine if it is a Valid Entry. A Prize will be awarded to the first five hundred (500) Valid Entries (“Winner”).

Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions or received after the Closing Date are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants at any time and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who the Promoter believes has breached these terms and conditions.

The Promoters decision regarding Valid Entries and the selection of Winners is final. No correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into

The Prize is a kaboodle branded jumper valued at approximately $50 AU (“Prize”). There are 500 Prizes available. The Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  The Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Prizes are available in various sizes including small, medium, extra-large and extra-extra-large. The Promoter will accept size preferences but fulfillment will depend on prize stock availability at the time the Valid Entry is received. No further stock will be produced to fulfill preferred sizes.

The Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the Closing Date.  If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.

The Promoter will notify the Winners when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Any costs associated with entering or winning the promotion are the entrant’s responsibility.

By entering you warrant that you are not prohibited by employment, contract, regulation, institutional policy, or law from accepting a gift from the Promoter. Offer void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws, or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply.

1. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion. Any such change or cancellation shall be effective immediately upon removal of the promotion webpage.
